At ValvatHome, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order only before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Approval

All cancellation requests are subject to verification.

ValvatHome reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests if:

The order has already been processed.
The order has been dispatched.
Incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be applicable if no payment has been collected.

Depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

The order has already been dispatched.
The shipment is in transit.
The order has been delivered.
The cancellation request is received after dispatch.

In such cases, customers may refer to our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, if applicable.

Right to Cancel by ValvatHome

ValvatHome reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to:

Product out of stock.
Pricing or technical errors.
Payment verification failure.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Unavailability of service in the delivery location.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by ValvatHome, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.
