Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video and supporting photographs may be rejected.

10. Refund Policy

Where a refund is approved in accordance with our policies, the amount will be processed within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit to the customer's ValvatHome Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
