Currently, ValvatHome delivers only within India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, festivals, or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Shipping on all eligible orders above ₹999.

For orders below the applicable free shipping threshold, shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Courier Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as:

To improve delivery efficiency, ValvatHome may use other reliable courier partners whenever required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A shipping confirmation will be sent via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
  • Tracking details will be shared so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipment is requested.

Address Changes

Customers may request changes to the shipping address only before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Delayed Deliveries

Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

ValvatHome is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged Package

If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are strongly advised to:

  • Inspect the parcel carefully.
  • Record a continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package.
  • Take clear photographs of the parcel and product.

This documentation is required for any replacement request.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Complete Address
  • Valid Mobile Number
  • Correct PIN Code

ValvatHome will not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refused delivery

ValvatHome reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges before processing any eligible store credit or arranging re-dispatch.
