2. Where do you deliver?
Currently, we deliver across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your favorite products to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.

4. How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after successful order confirmation.
5. How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 7–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Shipping on eligible orders above ₹999.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds
10. Do you accept returns?
No.
ValvatHome follows a No Return Policy for change-of-mind or personal preference.
11. When can I request a replacement?
Replacement is available only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
12. Is an unboxing video mandatory?
Yes.
A continuous unboxing video recorded before opening the sealed package is mandatory for all replacement requests.
Without proper video evidence, replacement or refund requests may not be approved.
13. How do refunds work?
If a replacement cannot be provided and a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7 business days.
For prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are transferred to the customer's registered bank account or UPI ID after verification.
Cancellation
14. Can I cancel my order?
Yes.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
